It is open to Master Masons who are desirous of advancing beyond the Craft to the higher, Philosophical Degrees in Freemasonry.Equipped with the skill and knowledge acquired in the Craft Degrees, your progression to the Rose Croix is the natural way to advance in Freemasonry. Joining the Rose Croix means you can progress through a number of Degrees in the one Order towards the ultimate goal of being a 33rd Degree Freemason.

It allows you to deepen your knowledge of Freemasonry and learn to excel in Masonic Ritual in a relaxed and friendly environment. As a member of a close-knit team, young men who are keen to progress can learn the discipline of using a Ceremonial Sword which is used in all Degrees.To advance in the Rose Croix, one must join a Sovereign Chapter in the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite (Scottish Constitution) which is a worldwide Order of Freemasons open to all who profess the Christian Faith.
